I have never been known to be indifferent toward anything. So I familiarize myself with my internal amalgam of ardent opinions, deep feelings, and abundant curiosities. Really get to know them—it is a privilege, truly, to know oneself. When I do not, when I run full speed into the limits of my language and the boundaries of my experience, I lean into media. Searching for myself in music, in film, in writing, in empathetic spaces centered on self-expression, self-excavation: your Frances Has, your Lady Birds, your Little Womens, your The Worst Person in the Worlds. I find myself, I find other people, and once again I find a moment to marvel at media’s preternatural ability to connect to us and connect us with each other.

The digital space, notably social media, continues to prove itself as the landscape where connection is most alive and accessible. We create, we share, we discover, we chat and riff and teach, we collaborate, and we build community through media which resonates with us. It is with that I know my professional and personal devotion lies in fostering the connection of people to and through media. I am eager to do so by applying my technical and creative skills in the digital media space. Let’s work together to connect one another.
